RETURNS It is simple and to the point. All returns must be authorized and be given a "DR#" via email: atvpartsdepot@mindspring.com. That "DR#" must clearly be shown on the outside of the return package plus on a packing slip note stating the reason for the return on the inside of the package. If we in error ship something other than what you ordered, we will have UPS pick it up and upon receipt back, credit your account for the item and the freight. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind and the item has not been installed and is in the same like new condition, you send the item back and upon receipt and inspection verifying condition of item we will credit your charge card back the total less 20% restocking fee. If item is returned without a "DR #" being issued the restocking fee will be 25%. Please get a "DR #". We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
FREE FREIGHT
On all orders of any combination of ATV Parts Depot items that total $600.00 or more. UPS ground, continental 48 states. Freight amount will be reflected on placed order but not charged when shipped. *Tires, Big Wheel Kits, Plows, Ramps & Racks do not qualify for free freight program. All oversized items do not qualify for free freight programs.
SHIPPING
Orders received in the evening ship next day, orders received in the morning or by mid day ship that day.Emails are sent confirming shipment. S & H charges may be veiwed on order invoice when you finalize order. At that time UPS's web site is contacted for their published rates. Taxes are only charged if item is being shipped to an address within the same state we ship that particular item from. If any are due they also are on invoice screen upon finalizing for your viewing. We only ship UPS even though FedEx continues to show up as an option. Next day UPS is only available within the 48 states.
