Order Processing:

Orders can be processed at ATVPartsDepot.com 24 hours a day. Customer Services representatives are available at (901)746-7953 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST to take orders and answer your inquiries regarding our products and services.

Shipping:

Free shipping on orders over $99. All orders under $99 are charged a flat $7 rate. All in stock merchandise will ship within 24 hours of the order placement with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Pricing:

Our website reflects the most up to date pricing available in our database. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing cost or mispriced merchandise.

Returns:

All Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging are eligible for a full refund, less shipping and fees. Otherwise, returned items will be subject to a restocking fee starting at 20%. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the returned item.

Reduced shipping call tags can be obtained when calling for a return authorization. Please do not place shipping labels directly on product packaging. Items should be in their original packaging and placed in a shipping container with any needed packing material to insure the item is not damaged during shipping.

The following items cannot be returned: special orders, certain electrical components, opened chemical containers, and acid filled batteries.

Warranties:

Please contact us immediately if your product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping. ATV Parts Depot stands behind all of the products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty that requires the products to be returned directly to them for inspection. We will assist you in getting a satisfactory resolution to your problem.

 

International Shipping Policy:

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.

Checkout by clicking the “Outside the U.S.?” button or at checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you click the button or select your country and attempt to checkout, you will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
